I guess I like it cos it's a modern day setting, a tiny bit WoD I guess, as it's kind of gritty and all about secret stuff the average person knows nothing about.

Played Secret World before it went free to play, probably changed a bit since then. Will have to remember my login details if its still valid. :oops:

It's not F2P. You have to buy it. The initial purchase covers you for most of the current content, but you can purchase expansions.

Once you've bought the game (or extra content) that's yours forever though.

Meh what I meant was I started it with a disc from amazon and a sub, I let that expire and did not renew.

Months later I had an email telling me the sub was not needed any more and I could come back without one, guess I interpreted that as free to play.
