What did everyone do for New Years?

I was just at home with some friends...didn't drink much. Just relaxed with some friends and hit the hay around 2 AM.

Hit the hay around 11....then watched the Bells toll in London. Then went to sleep.

Couldn't be arsed with it to be honest.

Well... Father Christmas brought me an abcess for my backside, nestled happily between my cheeks, so I must have been very bad indeed.

The upshot of which is that my plan to go to a friend's place, let off some fireworks and do a bit of a wine tasting (and glugging) session was bolloxed and I stayed home and quietly took my antibiotics instead.

Oh dear Stef.....sounds very painful!!!
Dave and me went to a party at his brother's house, was nice to be out without the kids and of course Josh, in tow. We drank too much, watched fireworks stood on a hill overlooking the valley, went first footing at the only two pubs in the village and ...now this is the best thing about New year's day 2007......we got invited to go stay at Dave's cousin's house.....in Brazil!!!

In fact I lie, the best thing about New year 2007......is my kids, my gorgeous grandson, Josh and of course my hairy arsed welder....Dave :)
