Note when installing wtd3.5 mod:

You run the setup and when it gets to the end it comes up with an error, just cancel out of the error messages. It will bleat that the install isn't done right, but it works just fine. I suspect you only see this happen in XP and perhaps 2K. It's trying to make a shortcut on the desktop but can't for some reason. Dunno why.

You might want to hold off on downloading the skin packs until we have confirmed what we are using.
