Nothing happens at all for me. No message, nowt.

Firewall errors are probably on account of a firewall blocking it.

"Nothing at all" errors probably mean Java is broken on your PC.

How do I fix it?

Try installing Firefox and using that instead.

Or...

Try going to http://www.sun.com/ and clicking on the big thing in the bottom right corner which says get java here.
