Syd Left, Valeks office with a note of confidence, He had been granted ownership of the building and the block which incumpassed it... The minute he left the office he made several phone calls to several people, in order to set things up....

Later that day construction workers, cleaning people, Interor decorators and many more were at the building. Other known hands were there too. The Twins Jack and Maxwell had been working nearly non-stop on the project helping anywhere they could.... Big Mike had already began making phone calls to whole-sale liquor distributors, and syd began to make one last phone call....

Gabe he thought, would love to have the shipping contract for everyhting needed for the casino...

A few days later the building was as good as new, and held an electric neon light that said "NOWELL'S"
