Syd Walks outside the door to Valeks office and knocks.

The door opens and Valek sits readily for the keepers word.

Syd Bows respectfully and stands.

"Welcome Mr. Nowell, Feel free to sit", Valek gestures to the chair and Syd sits.
"What brings you to me today?"

"Well its a matter of business sir....Ive recently come across a building I would like to have in my control. It Borders the Commercial/Industrial Center of town. I Request your permission to own the Building and the block where it stays. I am planning to start my own....Business, If I have your permission. Syd sits blank faced awaiting his answer.

Valek noded slowly listening to Syd talking ..

-Valek- " I see , i see nothing wrong against it but first , i want to ask you a few questions . "

Syd noded as if to say ok .

-Valek- " What sort of business do you plan to have ? "

Syd smiled in confidence his plans were going into effect.

Valek cracked his neck and then said

" Why not , since we have none in Cascadia , its quite a great idea . "

-Syd Nowell- " Aye , very well sir . "

Valek noded slowly as he and Syd stood back up , they both shaked hands .

" Good luck with this , Syd .. "

As Syd left the office , Valek took a scroll made of human flesh , and wrote a letter to the Seneschal telling him that a Casino will be built in Cascadia soon enough and that the owner would be Mr.Nowell ..
