((okay, before you read this, this part is a recount of the chron we played the other night. when the last part is played it will be a MAJOR event that all of you are encouraged to respond to, NO Kindred in Cascadia should be able to ignore it....but it's up to you.


The elevator doors opened with a pleasant BING! and the four Kindred stepped out into the hallway of the Tower Hotel's First Floor. They located the specified room and knocked. A man in a trenchcoat opened the door and led them in.
Inside Gabriel sat in a high back chair behind a desk.
"Good evening..." he said. The four Kindred said their salutations and asked about the task before them. Gabriel set about explaining to the four. An odd group Drain had chosen. A Nosferatu of course, a Toreador, a Brujah, and a Cappadocian.
The Thin Bloods of Cascadia had been up to something lately. Something big. They had left town with some "Prophecy". Normally Gabriel wouldn't care...but this was TOO strange. And so the coterie was to travel after the Thin Bloods, which landed them in Hadenfield, New Jersey.
At the coterie's arrival they were greeted by Agent Dunn. They soon came to learn about the drug smuggling the Thin Bloods had been doing. They laced Cocain with their own Kindred blood, making it highly addictive to the Kine. It seemed almost the whole city was under their spell.
They followed their leads looking for the "Prophecy", eventually learning it was a Dhampir named Jakob Hope. Their search for Jakob required they gain the aid of the Nosferatu who required a task in return for their services, in typical Nosferatu style. After recovering the Nosferatu's stolen treasure they helped the coterie infiltrate the drug lab.
The coterie found that they were shipping all the drugs further north, in an attempt to get away from Cascadia. Something terrible was to happen to the Kindred of Cascadia...but what? They found out Jakob's location and paid him a visit, only to find a trap waiting for them. In the end it was discovered that the Jakob they found wasn't even the real thing. He was a decoy. The REAL Jakob was further north in Toronto.
On the decoy's corpse they found documents talking about a gathering of prominant Thin Bloods in Toronto. Their leaders, prophets, and so forth. Jakob Hope was the organizer of this rabble. What were they planning? Why was the focal point Cascadia of all cities?
