((LOL Batgirl wouldn't say "Dickheads!" but WOULD say "Dammit!" not even "damn it!" or "damned be it!" LOL))

Releasing The Beast is pretty easy when your almost empty of blood, badly wounded and royally pissed, so Thorp was morphing into a garou faster than he had ever gone mortal.
Lergnag's "smile" wavered and then dissapeared altogether, what he was seeing was a first in his 981 years of life, the whelp named Graventhorp was rapidly growing in size and sprouting fur...and what seemed to be a muzzle..yeah, definetely a muzzle, was replacing his mouth and nose. His fangs grew way too much for comfort and shifted to the end of the now furry muzzle, all of the other teeth became ragged and pointy killing machines. His hands doubled then tripled in size and huge razor-like claws replaced the fingernails. Lergang took a step back (missing falling into the hole Thorp's body had done on the floor by mere centimeters) and gasped. The whelp was now a mean-looking obviously pissed and obviosuly deadly garou. And then suddenly, as if proving the hypothesis, Thorp sprouted a furry tail, the change was complete. Lergnag could distinguish a furless line running across the massive chest and navel, he had other things to think about so he didn't recognize it as Graventhorp's scar, done to him by a Cappadocian his last day as a mortal.
Why am I so scared, I've fought Garou before,I can probably take one by my own. Lergnag kept repating himself that in his head, but it didn't seem to help subside the fear. Then the whelp/garou let out a brain-imploding roar, which didn't help in subsiding the fear either, and in fact accomplished the task of making Lergang fall down the hole, landing on the lobby floor on his back. A pointy chunk of the front desk, a rather thick one, penetrated Lergnag's heart, and he stopped moving.
Suddenly the gray mass that was Thorp let itself fall through the hole, landing on the gangrel, probably breaking all his ribs or even more, not that it mattered since the garou's claws cut through the gangrel's neck and separted the head from his body in one swipe. The head flew in a fast but low arch and landed on the street outside, but the Thorp's/garou's attention was now on another target, a tall blonde figure that had seen the whole scene with an open mouth. A Ventrue judging by the smell of it. Thorp let out another roar and leaped.

She almost had her hand on the door of the taxi cab when a single severed head sailed through the plateglass window and bounced onto the road nearby. A quick glance at the driver revealed he too had lost his head but commonsense told her that was not his.

"No doubt a calling card from our friend" she muttered sarcastically, only to be interrupted by a ferocious roar. She looked about startled, the sound was not unlike the roar of Garou she had heard too many times this past nights.

"Flee or fight..... flee or fight" She had no time think. Staying concealed by the dense folage of the hotel's garden she crept up to the large windows and peered into the what use to be the hotel foyer.

"Gabriel!" He was facing a Garou alone - an obvious recipe for disaster. Thankful for the meal she had just enjoyed, she willed her blood to her feet and moved quickly, stopping just far enough from the Ventrue.

"Evening Gabriel" she said smiling but not taking her eyes off the Garou. Her smile did little to conceal her fear as she unsheathed her dark sword and prepared for another bloody battle. The headless corpse of another lay crushed beside the huge form of the Garou. Keeping her eyes fixed on their enemy she used Shambling Hordes, willing the corpse to his feet and commanded that it attack the Garou.

"Evening..." Gabriel gasped as he threw his body aside. The hulking beast flew by him with such speed that Gabriel's tie flapped in the breeze. Gabriel regained his footing and inched his way towards the center of the room, keeping his eyes on Graventhorp.
Smiling slowly he let his blood increase his muscles reaction time and speed to it's fullest potential. Then he called upon the ancient art he had managed to finally learn from Judas, the world began to slow down around him. The ripples in clothes, the hands of the lobby clock, even the fur wavering on the Garou's coat, all moved to a crawl. Clotho's gift was incredible.
The Garou, growling and unaware of what Gabriel had done to reality, hunched on his hind legs and prepared to launch itself into the air. Gabriel grinned and pulled out his last stop, he held his hand foward towards the beast and drained the force from it's muscles. The Garou's speed was now greatly reduced.
The Garou launched at Gabriel, it's maw open. Gabriel smiled to himself as the entire scene moved all too slow. He lept out of the way with ease and the Garou sailed past him still in a warped state of reality. ((clotho's gift, celerity, AND lapse! HAHA!))
Gabriel produced his sword from his coat. Sanguinius's Sword, the very one his old friend Sirrus had fought with. ((i know, i know, but IC they were friends)) He looked to his left just in time to see the Garou landing and looking a bit perplexed.
"Come on Graventhorp....don't do this...I'm marked for death by the Garou, I've been training myself a long time to do battle with them." Gabriel shouted, "I'm quicker than you are...lets end this peacefully."

((lol @ Gabriel!! Nice post buddy, I like it

"Graventhorp?? You mean THAT is Thorp???" Batgirl moved out of the way as Thorp and Gabriel challenged each other. The reanimated headless corpse of the Gangrel now fumbled its way to attack Thorp.

"Aye Bats, Lupus Mortis changed his form to Garou this time" replied Gabriel still moving quickly around the huge Lupine.

Shaking her head in disbelief at the great powers of Lupus Mortis, she summoned two souls to her aid, commanding them to a defensive position between Thorp and the kindred.

"They're mine," she explained to Gabriel as he watched the eerie blue spectres appear from thin air. "They will hold him back but not for long... we need to bring back Thorp and fast!"

Behind them a high pitched "ding" sounded as the elevator arrived on the ground floor. A middle aged man wearing the familiar black and white uniform of a drinks waiter emerged, pushing a full trolley ahead of him.

"What the hell!!!!" he stammered as his kine eyes surveyed the damage and mortality in the foyer. "Who the fuck are you!!"

Outside the sirens of emergency vehicles echoed in the distance, gradually growing louder as they approached the hotel and the kindred.

((ok, I'll do this in first person, just for a change and because, well...beacause))

No. NO. NOOO!!! I silently screamed, The Beast had taken over me, and it was stronger than it had ever been, I felt it wrapped around my heart. My Garou heart. I fought stronger than I had ever fought before, I fought against myself, my own beast inside. The Beast.
The Beast was figthing with my friends, and it was mad since Gabriel seemed to be able to dodge my every move. Good. What my friends didn't know was that the garou was involve din 2 fights, outside, with them, and inside. With its humanity. Me. Graventhorp of Locksley. Thorp to my friends, friends that migt not be able to call me that ever again if they died. Or if they killed me. Maybe they should kill me, i was a menace, my garou ears could hear the sirens as if they were 2 feet away, I had endangered Masquerade. No, not me. The Beast.
I watched through eyes that were both my own and a stranger's, I watched the gory lobby and my friends. i watched as Paws that were both mine and a stranger's swipe at wraiths that Batgirl had summoned, finishing one off, and about to do the same with the other. I watched as a body that was both mine and a stranger's turned around and blcoked a blow from Lergnag's corpse. I even felt the bones break as my paw cut Lergang's corpse in two, both hlaves were still trying to get me, but The Beast decided they weren't a threat. And it turned to Gabriel.
I knew what the beast was planning to do, rip off Gabe's head and keep it as a trophy. I fought with renewed strength and was pushed back once more, this was worse than any nightmare.
Gabe lunged with hsi sowrd in his ahnd, too fast, The Beast was startled by its speed, so it grabbed the waiter that was screaming his brains out (my garou nose smelled the kine had wet his pants) and used it as a shield, Gabe slowed down, not willing to let The Beast within himself get stronger by him killing an innocent mortal, and My Beast knew it.
That's when I saw my chance, The Beast was concentrating hard on its fight with Gabriel, so I striked. I pushed the Beast back. I regained control.
"Stop!" I screamed in an unfamilair voice. The Beast was now under control, but still putting up a fight, I didn't want it to restrain The Beast completely, knowing that would mean going back to my normal self, and I wanted to enjoy my victory.
"Thorp?" Gabriel stopepd but held his weapon in a defensive stance still.
"Aye. It's me, I've regained control. For now." I knew The Beast was mad and could take control back if I got distracted.
"We need to do something about this! Mortals will be here in seconds!" Batgirl trotted to Gabe, I noticed she was still putting a distance between me and her.
I let the human that was still in my paws down, as gently as I could, but it wa slimp. I could still hear hsi heart, he was not dead, he would be ok. Probably would need therapy. but ok.
"Thorp? Can you change back?" Gabe questioned, weapon still in hand.
"I'll try" My voice sounded guttural, beast-like, I wondered if my friends could even understand it.
I laughed at The Beast's face one last time and then restrained it. I ffelt the changes at once. I was soon kindred again. My friends relaxed a lot, but not all the way.
"What? Thorp, you back?" Gabe asked, his weapon still in his hand, but now pointing down. "Ya. I'm back" My familair voice responded.
"Your hair." Batgirl whispered.
I raised an eybrow and wlaked towards the mirror that was still hanging on the wall in front of the front desk, intact, like a survivor in a war.
I looked at it and gasped. My face was the same, my whole body was the same. Buy my usually short dirty blonde hair (dirty blonde the color, and dirty also) was now wolf gray, and it went down to my shoulders.
"Fuckin' shit."" I muttered.
"We have got to get out of here!" Batgril exclaimed, the sirens were less than a block away.

Gabriel sighed in relief as Thorp seemed to get control of himself. The sirens blared in the distance fortelling his misfortune. He glanced around room and took in the blood. He walked over to the bloody reception desk and reached underneath, grabbing a walkie talkie.
He turned it on and tuned into the security teams channel. It beeped and a tin like voice called out from the other side.
"Listen, this is Mr. O'Brien, I need four of our most experienced men down here RIGHT away....also call Fredrick and tell him to get down here right away." There was a beep and the men set about fixing things up.
Gabriel sent the four men outside to meet the police and clean up the bloody valet before they arrived. The experienced Ventrue easily manipulated the officers minds into forgetting their reason for coming out. Meanwhile Fredrick arrived and supervised the clean up effort.
Within two hours lobby looked as if nothing had ever occured. Gabriel sighed with relief. It was too close...

The three Kindred stepped into the night air. Beneath his thick tattered overcoat, Graventhorp clung to Lupus Mortis tightly causing his knuckles to go white. Gabriel checked the time on his cell phone, 4:32 AM. Hmmm....still a bit of night left.
The air was still and crisp, the cold permeating even the smallest cracks in clothing. Kine's lips were chapping up and the chlorophyl in the leaves of trees were disappearing making them seem brown in appearance. Winter was on it's way, and with it a change in sunrise.
The Former Prince coughed slightly, the other looked back.
"Gentlemen, we should go." she said quietly. Gabriel nodded and Thorp let out a soft grunt.
They strode down the sidewalk with the air of businessmen, slightly due to Gabriel taking the lead position. In truth Gabriel had no clue where they were going, but he knew the more distance between them and the hotel the better. It was obvious they were easy to track.
Along side them a taxi slowed to a crawl. The passenger side window purred down, odd for a taxi to have an automatic window...
"Sir, would you like a ride?" the driver asked. Gabriel stooped low to get a better look at him. Drain had outfitted all the taxi's with his personal ghouls to drive them. THIS was no ghoul.
The driver was a clean cut gentlemen, early thirties perhaps. He wore thin framed glasses that sat upon a slim slightly upturned nose. A gleaming white smile shone from beneath thin lifeless lips. He was perfectely trim from his 90 degree hair cut, to his creased pants. DEFINATELY not one of Drain's ghouls.
"No thank you. We'll walk, it's only a short wa..."
"Come Mr. O'Brien. Step in." The passenger window rolled down and the voice wafted out. Gabriel turned his attention to the back seat. An older gentleman sat in a bache suit. His hair cropped and well kept. His face kind, yet aged. "I will not harm you."
"That's hardly what I'm worried about." Gabriel said calmly. He looked back to the others to get their input....

((ok, this is cool twist comin' up))

Thorp's knuckles went even whiter as the taxi rolled to a stop. Through the short interview between the taxi driver and the ventrue Thorp examined everything and everyone in the taxi. Both passengers were human...but still had a funny smell to them.
The City Gangrel painfully received an elbow to his side strong enough to break a rib and drive it through any mortal's lung, the loving gesture coming from the former prince, they were waiting to see what he thought about boarding the cab.
His ahnd went up to his new, un familiar hair. He noticed that it hadn't changed just in length and color, but it was thicker, coarser...exactly like a wolf's. He gave a slight nod, he was curious. So the coterie boarded the vehicle.
"I'm glad you decided to join us, lady and gentlemen." The passenger of the taxi gave a slight smile...strangely animalistic.
"Our pleasure, w-"
"We just wanna let ye know that we don't like bein' surprised and that we could crush yer skulls before a bullet even left yer guns, capisce?" Thorp interruped the Ventrue's dialogue. Gabriel shook his head slightly and continued.
"Yes. That too. What is exactly what you gentlemen want?"
"Why? Aren't we trustworthy?" The driver spoke up for the first time in their short trip.
Batgirl opened her mouth to talk but Thorp interrupted again: "Fuck No. Yer juice-bags. Juice-bags with a funny smell, and I don't trust juice-bags nor funny smells."
Both Batgirl and Gabriel looked at Thorp, obviously wondering what the "funny smell was" perhaps relieved they weren't the only ones getting it.
"Yours is a prodigious nose, Gangrel." The passenger slowly said with a thin smile. The fact that humans knew about them being kindred didn't seem to surprise any member of the coterie. "We are not humans...not entirely, " He raied a hand to silence Batgirl who was about to speak up, angrily by the look on her face. "Before we sy anything about that, I just want to state that we are not enemies, we do not seek to harm you and that we actually want to work WITH you...we need your help."
THe taxi sped up as they entered an interstate.
Thorp sniffed at the suspicious characters once again, raised his eyebrows and whispered "For Odnan, yer fuckin'-"
"Werewolves, not Garou. There's a difference, we are not fanatics and actually hate our...uh, condition. We consider Licanthropy to be an incurable disease. We were just once bitten...just like you. We try to cling to our humanity...just like you. And we seek to destroy the "Garou". Just like you." The passenger interrupted.
