I have an ingrown toenail :( Quite painful I'm afraid. Have to get it sliced open this week. Blech! Speaking of physical ailments...Stef, how's the elbow mate? |

Well, the elbow proceeds to heal at its ever so slow rate. Having said that, the most recent x-rays I can finally see how badly damaged it is, so I'm actually starting to feel somewhat blessed that it's healing at all. I'm glad I couldn't see how bad it was when I first saw the original x-rays or I would have been a LOT more worried. The consultant says we are done and I don't have to see him again, it's just a matter of patience now. Also physiotherapy. On my ankle, so that the instability in it, which hurled me to the ground in the first place is corrected and I don't have to smash the other elbow (or worse) in any kind of repeat performance. Ingrowing toenails suck :( |

Why are your ankles so unstable? Old injuries? Bad luck? And yes, ingrown toenails DO suck. |

I did very badly sprain my ankle ages ago and to be honest, it's let me down on many occasions and I should probably have sorted it out sooner... better late than never, I guess. I *think* it's only the left ankle, at least that's the one I don't trust. |
