Whilst the gag is a good one, the response was delivered by Bobby Jindal the Governor of Louisiana (LA) and not the Governator of California.

I saw LA and for some dumb reason thought of Los Angeles and equated that to California and thought it was a faux pas on the part of the original writer, realized it was not, after the fact, and then let things float as it was amusing.

LA is Lower Alabama which anyone who has been there realizes that it realy should be its own state :?
