Yes, no, indifferent?

I love em! I want one SOOOOO badly! But alas, my job expressly forbids them.

Tends to depend on the face shape, hair colour and style.

Generally, they are WRONG and should not be attempted by any man younger than 50.

Totally depends on the woman. Some like beards, some don't.

I once had a beard and was astonished at the polarity of the mixed reaction.

As it stands, however, the majority of my grey hair shows up in my beard, so for now, no beard for me!!

I think it depends on the guy ....some it suits others it doesn't...then there's the hygiene thing ......bits of food stuck in it etc then there's the all important fact .....they tickle and can be a bit scratchy when they kiss someone.

Goatees are cool :)

my girlfriend categorically forbids me to shave with a razor.... when the beard gets too big, a hair-shaving machine only... it makes it look like 2 day-old beard, which she LOVES.

Me? I like not having to shave...too lazy. I'm a kinda hairy dude.

Facial hair is one of those things that can look great, but can feel awful; I love a guy with a nice, well trimmed goatee, especially if he is otherwise bald, tall, muscular, with some nice tats and … oh … I am digressing. Anyway, though they look great, it is often hard for me to kiss a guy with facial hair because it tickles or itches or both.

Mustaches alone, however, are basically unacceptable, as are full-on hill-billy ZZ-Top beards (or anything approaching them).

Oh - and as for the Don Jonson/Colin Farrell Miami Vice 3-day growth thing...it looks hot, I won't deny it, but...damn is it scratchy. I just cannot kiss a guy with that kind of facial hair...but I might f- whoa! Look at the time. Gotta go. ;)

Hmmm. As soon as I get the opportunity I'm growing a full beard. Sorry ladies who don't like it! It's my gift to me. :)
