FINALLY watched Superman Returns and I was blown away.
I fucking loved it! It captured the feel of the originals and brought it's own edge to the affair.

I saw it tonight. It was ok, not really my thing. The scenes with Lex's house, the external shots, were all filmed a couple of blocks from my house. The house with big doors and the long path flanked by statues that lead right up to the boat house on the river were all real but the boat and the buildings behind it were drawn in. I also spotted the Martin Place fountain which was also used in the first Matrix movie.
