I cannot wait to retire. I have 5 and a half years left in the Navy add anouther 10 till the kids get the boot and then I get to by one of these and just hang out. http://www.moorings.com/pys_leopard40.asp I want the years to fly by but then again I dont want them to fly by I want to enjoy watching my kids grow up. Maybe I should only work 5 years after I retire and take the kids with hmmmm what to do what to do.
Oh and we are taking aplications for "" DECK FLUFF ""

lol@ deck fluff
I'd doubt the kids would want to go anywhere on a silly boat...they'd probably turn there nose up and say ....no it's ok ....off you go and enjoy yourself....we can manage without you for a few months.....you go and chill out...you deserve it .
However in the real world......they will jump at the chance of coming along so I would personally work another 10 years then follow your dream :)

Found a better one that we think may suit our needs better. Well the layout anyway. We are looking at buying in 10 years or a lil more. We plan to buy a used in real good condition which right now they are running around 140,000 US just a few years old. Which will give us 5 years to change what we want and to make it more our own and be able to move on the day after the youngest moves out  .
