So what did these erstwhile creatures end up getting named then?

I think I'll wait till they're running around the house before I name them, easier when you got some character to put to the name, ya know.

Our gerbil has eaten his friend.....so we are debating whether to get a new playmate for the little cannibal. At the moment his only cell mate ...i mean cage mate is one of Ami's socks.....I kid you not....he even drags it to the food bowl and tucks it up under the bedding at night.

he hasn't got a name .....we just call him gerbil .....I think he did have a name once but my son kept changing it so we all just call him gerbil....not that he answers to any name lololol
