What are you all planning for the Festive Season?
We're off up to Scotland to spend Christmas with my folks. First time in 5 years I might add, so I'm really looking forward to being up there on Christmas Morning :D

We're actually taking the unusual step of probably doing NOTHING for Christmas. Past couple years we've always travelled to Florida or Mississippi for the holidays, but this year budget and work have effectively nixed the idea.
I'm actually looking forward to it. We're always running around like mad at ANY holiday...some R&R will be nice.
Plus of course my mother lives nearby, so I'm sure we'll pay her a visit. :)

I still have 2 that will leave out cookies for the fat man in red. but thanks to the Iron Man cover 'I AM SANTA CLAUSE' cookies and milk wont be left out for me. it will be cookies and Beer.
I have 4 xmas's to go to, but because im working the midnight shift i don't have to go to all of them i get to stay home and sleep. Ill go to the christmas eve, christmas day, and my own christmas morning ones. and i will have to go to Mistys mothers for a small party.

ill be very busy.
Javert is coming into town that will be nice . I havent seen him since the summer when my father got us tickets to Disney World.

Obviously, he has obfuscate in huge amounts.
I'll be doing my usual Christmas with local friends. About 8 of us this year I think and even better - it's somebody elses turn to cook. Then I have about three solid weeks off work. *blissful sigh*

I once stopped at a very nice cafe in Berwick on the way back from Scotland. Can't remember what it was called, but I do remember we were desperate for some brekkers and everywhere seemed to be shut except this one life saving place.
